Client had bought a large property outside Ayr & required a company that could design a new modern heating a hot water system to replace the old outdate system in place. There was also no controls on the system & there were large parts of the property that were cold. The client choose O’Neil Gas & Plumbing due to the portfolio of work we had carried in similar sized properties plus we were able to provide all services in house.

We inspected the full property and completely redesigned how the system was to operate so the full house would be warm & the client could have full control of their heating and hot water. We chose the Valliant Ecotec range of appliance, Grufoss pumps as well as installing a low loss header. We also installed a new unvented hot water cylinder to provide extra hot water to the large property. We then finished off the new pipework with low heat loss insulation. The client was happy with their new heating and hot water system and compared to the before pictures, there is a huge difference in looks but more importantly performance.
